Refund Policy
Immigration Consultations – Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
If you cancel your consultation at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund, minus 10% of the total payment to cover administrative fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the consultation are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule for another consultation at 50% of the regular fee.
Rescheduling
If you reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, no additional fees will apply. If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit the consultation fee but may reschedule at 50% of the regular cost.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your consultation, the fee will be forfeited. However, you may reschedule another consultation at 50% of the regular fee. Fees for Consultations with Licensed Immigration Practitioners Fees charged by Dove Immigration Consultancy apply to consultations with licensed immigration professionals who are introduced by Dove Immigration Consultancy but operate independently. Booking fees are non-refundable. If a licensed immigration professional introduced by Dove Immigration Consultancy is retained, the client must agree to the specific terms and conditions directly with the professional, including any agreed refund policies.
